Massive Attack postou notícias sobre o seu quinto álbum de estúdio no seu
website, o quinto da carreira. O disco recebeu o nome de “Heligoland” (capa acima) e será lançado em fevereiro de 2010.
Neste novo trabalho a dupla
Robert Del Naja e
Grant Marshall contaram com a participação de diversos colaboradores como Damon Albarn (Blur, Gorillaz), Hope Sandoval, Martina Topley-Bird, Guy Garvey, Tunde Adebimpe e Adrian Utley (Portishead).
Damon Albarn também toca baixo em “Flat on the Blade” e teclados em “Splittig the Atom”. Adrian Utley toca guitarra na faixa “Saturday Come Slow”. Abaixo o repertório:
